The metarials, inks and materbatches which elasto form uses for their in-house production are exclusively ordered from the european area. The basic materials (plastics) are in accordance with the European Community standards, guidelines and statutory requirements.
The confirmations of our suppliers are renewed in a reasonable period.

Labelling obligation after GPSG  and other standards, guidelines and regulations:

Currently, there is still many unclarity how products and goods must be labeled.
Basis for the requirement of proper identification is primarily determined by the GPSG.
Other standards, guidelines and regulations have took over this labelling obligation in particular texts.

Here are a few examples from the legal texts.

The GPSG (Device- and Productsafety Act):


- valid since May 1st 2009
- replaces GSP and PSG
- regulates the placing on the market and issuance of technical work equipment and consumer products, as well as the marking of products

This is what §5, break 1b describes:

The owner, his representative and the reseller of a product have to place the name of the manufacturer, if not established in the European Economic Area, the name and address of the agent or the importer on the consumption or the packaging of the product, unless the omission of this information is reasonable, especially because the users already know this informtaion or the placing of this information with a disproportionate effort would be...

This labeling requirement can also be found in other standards, regulations and ordinances.
